Deposit Methods Overview
Deposits to DecodeFX are generally processed instantly, except for domestic bank transfers.

How to Deposit via Domestic Bank Transfer
1：Log in to the Client Portal
Please log in using the link below:

2：Select “Funds” → “Deposit” from the menu
After logging in, click “Funds” in the top menu and select “Deposit” from the dropdown list.
※ On mobile, click the menu icon (☰) in the upper right corner to display the sidebar menu.
3：Select the account number to deposit into
On the deposit page, click the account number of the trading account you wish to deposit to.
4：Choose “Domestic Bank Transfer” and make the payment
Select “Domestic Bank Transfer” as the deposit method, then transfer the funds to the designated financial institution shown on the screen.
📘 How to enter your sender’s name in the transfer details:
When making a transfer, enter your full name (in English or Katakana) + 7-digit account number.
Example: TARO YAMADA 2345678
5：Once your deposit is confirmed, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address
Processing time varies depending on when the payment is made:
Deposits made before 9:00 AM → Reflected on the same business day
Deposits made after 9:00 AM → Reflected on the next business day
6：Your deposit may not appear immediately
Please check your deposit status by accessing the “Trading Account” page in the Client Portal and verifying the account number you selected for the deposit.
If the deposit has not yet been reflected, please wait for confirmation.
How to Deposit via International Bank Transfer
1. Log in to the Client Portal

2. Select “Funds” → “Deposit” from the menu
After logging in, click “Funds” from the top menu and choose “Deposit” from the dropdown list.
※ On mobile, tap the menu icon (☰) in the upper right corner to display the sidebar menu.
3. Select the account number to deposit into
On the deposit page, click the account number of the trading account you wish to deposit to.
4. Choose “International Bank Transfer” and specify the currency
Select “International Bank Transfer” as the deposit method and choose the currency you wish to use for your transfer.
If you are depositing from a Japanese bank account in Japanese yen, please select “JPY (Japanese Yen)”.
5. Make the transfer to the specified bank account
Transfer funds to the bank account information displayed on the deposit page.
6. Once your deposit is confirmed, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address
Deposits are typically reflected within 2–5 business days.
How to Deposit Using USDT
1. Log in to the Client Portal

2. Select “Funds” → “Deposit” from the menu
After logging in, click “Funds” in the top menu and choose “Deposit” from the dropdown list.

3. Select the account number to deposit into
On the deposit page, click the account number of the trading account you wish to deposit to.
4. Choose “USDT” and select the appropriate network
Select “USDT” as the deposit method and choose the network (blockchain) you wish to use.
The supported networks are:
ERC20
TRC20
BEP20
5. Enter the deposit amount
Enter your desired deposit amount and click “Send”.
※ Deposits are only accepted in USDT (Tether).
6. Confirm the wallet address
The wallet address for your deposit will be displayed on the screen.
Please copy the address in one of the following ways:
Copy and save the address directly, or
Save a screenshot of the QR code displayed on the page.
7. Register your wallet address
Open your cryptocurrency platform and register the wallet address obtained from the DecodeFX portal.
Supported networks: ERC20, TRC20, BEP20.
When registering, either copy and paste the wallet address displayed on the portal or scan the QR code to ensure accurate input.
After registering your wallet address, select “Withdrawal” and deposit USDT to the registered address.
8. You will receive a confirmation email after your deposit is processed
Your deposit will typically be reflected in your trading account within 3–10 minutes.
A confirmation email will also be sent to your registered email address once the deposit is complete.
How to Deposit via Peska
1. Log in to the Client Portal

2. Select “Funds” → “Deposit” from the menu
After logging in, click “Funds” in the top menu and choose “Deposit” from the dropdown list.

3. Select the account number to deposit into
On the deposit page, click the account number of the trading account you wish to deposit to.
4. Choose “Peska,” select your currency, and enter the deposit amount
Select “Peska” as the deposit method, choose your preferred currency (USD or JPY), enter the deposit amount, and click “Send.”
※ You must have already registered with Peska and have sufficient funds in your Peska wallet before proceeding.
5. Link your Peska account
If this is your first time depositing via Peska, you need to link your Peska account to the DecodeFX system.
A message will appear on-screen guiding you through the linking process — click “Link here” to proceed.
※ Your registered email address with Peska must match the one registered with DecodeFX.
6. Log in to Peska
After linking your account, log in to your Peska account.
※ Again, your registered email address with Peska must be the same as the one registered with DecodeFX.
7. Confirm the payment details
Verify the transaction details on-screen, then click “Next.”
8. Email verification
After clicking “Send,” a verification code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the code to proceed.
9. Payment completed
Once the transaction is complete, a message saying “Payment successfully processed” will appear.
Click “Return to DecodeFX.com” to go back to the DecodeFX Client Portal.
10. Confirm payment via email
After the transaction is completed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
Please check your DecodeFX portal to confirm that your funds have been reflected in your trading account.
In most cases, deposits are reflected instantly or within about 3 minutes.
How to Deposit via bitwallet
1. Log in to the Client Portal

2. Select “Funds” → “Deposit” from the menu
After logging in, click “Funds” in the top menu and choose “Deposit” from the dropdown list.

3. Select the account number to deposit into
On the deposit page, click the account number of the trading account you wish to deposit to.
4. Choose “bitwallet” and select your currency
Select “bitwallet” as the deposit method, then choose either “USD” or “JPY.”
※ You must have already registered with bitwallet and have sufficient funds in your wallet before proceeding.
5. Enter the deposit amount
Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click “Send.”
※ The minimum deposit is 10,000 JPY or 100 USD.
6. Log in to your bitwallet account
You will be redirected to the bitwallet system, where you can log in to your bitwallet account.
※ Your registered email address with bitwallet must match the one registered with DecodeFX.
7. Confirm the payment details
Check the transaction details and click “Confirm” to proceed.
8. Transaction completed
Once the transaction is complete, a message such as “Payment successfully processed” will appear.
Click “Return to DecodeFX.com” to go back to the DecodeFX Client Portal.
9. Confirm deposit via email
After the deposit is processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
Please check your DecodeFX portal to ensure that your funds have been reflected in your trading account.
